Lunch included

No need for last-minute grocery runs this year—we’ve got lunch and snacks during the day covered! Expect a variety of snacks, noodles, sandwiches, and fresh fruit to keep you fueled throughout the day. This lunch is included in the registration fee.

Dinner & Party Details
Each team has received an email with the confirmed number of attendees for the dinner and party. If that number is incorrect, please notify us ASAP. The confirmed number will be the amount to be paid, preferably in cash.

Location

The party is at ‘De Bilding’, which is right across the swimming pool ‘De Kimpel’.

Secret Santa

What’s Christmas without a little gift-giving? We’re asking every team attending the party to bring a small gift for another team. Think: handmade, second-hand, pre-loved treasures, or something of max. €5. Bonus points for including a short poem—it’s all part of the tradition! During the awards ceremony, we’ll have a fun Secret Santa exchange to help set the festive mood.
