Ho Ho Hockey 2019 – Dinner and Party

Dear Teams,

Our tournament is getting closer and it’s only 1 month and 3 weeks before our wonderful fun Ho Ho Hockey 4×4 competition in the swimming pool of Bilzen! 
We have got 20 teams from Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, France, GB, Italia competing to be the best 4×4 team, so it’s gonna be a tough competition!

We welcome you in the warm city of Bilzen to play a good tournament and afterwards have a good meal and a fantastic party.

Now for the practical things, this year we decided to treat you very well after the tournament. we offer you guys an all you can eat belgian style menu!

Yes you guessed it! Belgian (not French) Fries!! together with all the tasty fried meats and snacks!
And it is all you can eat ofcourse, so dont worry!

The dinner and a drink will be only €15 per person and will take place in the building across the swimming pool called “JC De Bilding“
And don’t forget after the dinner we will have the party in the same place! So put on you best christmas sweater and go crazy!

Now the important bit: I need the following information as soon as possible from all the teams to order everything in time (best before next week)

Dinner: Yes or no and with how many people!
Party: Yes or no and with how many people!

We kindly ask you to pay the total amount through transfer if possible (also possible to pay at the tournament); please write in the description “Team Name – Dinner X – persons Ho Ho Hockey”

  • 09h00  Registration teams
  • 09h30  Captains Meeting
  • 10h10  Start first game
  • 19h00  Finish last game
  • 19h30  Prize Giving and Dinner is served (building across the pool “JC De Bilding”)
  • 21h00  Party hardy until… 

Teams who are having difficulties arranging their travel and accommodation, please send me a message and I will try my best to find a solution.
